HMS Warspite(03) playable demonstration

The HMS Warspite(03) was a British super-deadnought battleship that was commissioned for the Royal Navy in 1915. Her service lasted thirty years, seeing action in both world wars, she frequently saw combat. She truly lived up to her motto, enduring shellfire, bombing, ramming, mines and even an experimental guided bomb. She survived both world wars, but despite her incredible service, she was sold for scrap in 1946. While on her final voyage to the breakers yard in 1947, the Warpsite ran aground on the rocky coast of Cornwall where she rested for eight years, stubbornly resisting any re-floating attempts. In 1955, the remains of the Warspite was salvaged on site ending the story of the "Grand Old Lady"
